Primeguage Solutions, working in partnership with the Zamfara State Internal Revenue Service (ZIRS), has delivered a capacity-building session for roughly 100 participants on operating the PayZamfara Intelligent Billing System for Sharia court revenue collection.
The exercise follows the integration of Sharia court revenue collection into PayZamfara, a digital revenue management platform developed by Primeguage Solutions for Zamfara State. The rollout is intended to modernise how court revenue is administered, simplify payment procedures, and strengthen transparency and accountability in government revenue collection.
During the training, Sharia court officials received practical instruction on the platform, including how to manage court-related revenue transactions. Facilitators provided hands-on guidance on the digital billing and collection processes, allowing participants to understand how the system supports their revenue administration responsibilities.
Key officials present included Murtala Garba, Director of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) at ZIRS; Abdulazeez Mainasara Maigari, Revenue Officer for Courts and the Ministry of Justice at ZIRS; and His Worship Aminu Sani, who served as a resource person during the session.
At the close of the programme, participants were awarded certificates of participation, marking the completion of the training and their formal introduction to the newly integrated court revenue collection system.
